How to lose ten pounds in twenty-nine days?
Starting tomorrow, I’ll have 29 days until prom. I’m 5’2 and 120 lbs.
You see, I need for this prom dress to fit me better. It fits me but it’ll look a lot better if I lost some weight. It’s a size two and I’m a four.

this is very simple. lets start with a good workout. In the morning everyday strech and loosen up. after wards do 20 jumping jacks, 5-10 push ups, 10-15 sit ups, and then pretend that you are jumping rope 35 times. it sounds like a lot but its what you should be doing anyway. do it when you wake up. you won;t fell as tired and your body will get used to it. on any free time you might take a nice jog or look up a good workout online that you think is best for you. Also do this workout that i said after you wake up,in the evening if you can and do it befor you eat. tip if you workout befor you eat buy the time you eat most of the fat will burn. And small better choices of things to eat instead of soda do water or if you want flavor try juice or instead of apple pie try an apple. If you find yourself at McDonald’s just get a rap or salad. or instead of fried chicken get grilled. good luck and i know you will look great!!!
