how often do people go to the bathroom when using colon cleansers?
i am about to start using the colon cleanser "total cleanse" and also use acai berry 500 at the same time, the one that was on oprah show, and ive heard from many people that it is a good thing to use. The thing is i was wondering how often the colon cleanser will make me have to go to the bathroom, im in highschool so i want to try and avoid that, and after school i have swim practice so does anyone know how many times i should expect to be going??
