    Well, a good diet and exercise are key, if you want to lose it in a healthy way, the most you’ll lose is 2lbs a week. At that rate, you’ll lose around 12, which is really good. Take it slow and always eat healthy, never skip meals!! You’re body will go on starvation mode and actually hold on to the fat because it think you’re starving.

    How you lose will depend on how long and hard you work out. but you plan that you have in place should be able to get you to your goal before new year hits. Also if you have been doing this exercise plan for a while and have already lost a lot of weight its going to be a bit hard to lose more weight. simply because if your body loses to much weight to fast it try to retain weight to make up for the lose.
