how much weight will I lose?

i probably wont do it.

but im 158 pounds,

how much weight will i lose per week if i only eat 500 calories a day?

i know its a crash diet, please no lectures

    I can’t speak to specific amounts, but that’s only half the equation. Weight change = Calories in – Calories out.

    If you lead a very sedentary life, your weight loss will be less than if you lead a very active life for a given caloric intake. That said, being active on an empty stomach feels horrible, and your body (or the low blood sugar) will try to get you to take it easy.

    If you insist on going so restricted for a length of time, try and check with a doctor. At the least have a "spotter" who can check up on you regularly to make sure you haven’t taken things too far.

    You’ll probably lose about half a pound to a pound a day for the first couple of weeks.
    I’d estimate your first two week weightloss to be around 12 pounds.
    Then, after a fortnight, it should slow down to about 1-3 pounds per week.
    After that goes on for a while your weightless will either come to a halt or reduce to .5-1 pounds per week.
