How long does it take to see results using acai berry supplements?

If I am eating right (salads, fruits, pretty much maintaining a healthy diet and taking out all the fatty foods) and going to the gym daily for 30 to 60 minutes, PLUS taking acai berry supplements, how long will it take to see some results? I need to lose weight in about a month before the summer starts :)

    Hi Smile,

    Many people that are new to the Acai Berry say that they begin seeing results within the first week. This change is most noticeable in an increase in energy, at first.

    Weight loss follows shortly after because of this.

    It sounds like you are eating healthy and working out the right way.

    The word that really stuck out to me in your question was supplement. The pills that you are taking are just that, so they add to what you are already doing.

    Someone that sits on the couch, and eats McDonald’s all day is going to feel and see a difference faster than someone who is living a healthier lifestyle.

    I would just keep doing what you’re doing… maybe put in a little more time or work out a little harder. I’m sure you’ll reach your goal.
