    just figure out how many calories you have in an average day and aim to eat 500 less. get rid of every drink you have and replace it for water, drink ALOT of water.
    just try to do a bit more exercise in all the simple things you do eg walk whenever you can, on the breaks watching tv do some sit ups, etc.
    trust me, its the simple little things which make a big difference.

    its not about how much you eat. whats more important is WHAT you eat.
    cut down on crisps, ready meals, chocks, sweets, fast food etc and replace them with more healthy stuff. also exercise more. i have lost around 4 stone in 6 months simply by cycling everywhere i go and eating less junk

    Generally I’ve always been taught to make sure to burn more calories than you eat. Chart yourself for a month and see what your dietary habits are, then work with them. Also, it’s not really about how much you eat but what you eat: a pound of hummus and celery is different from a pound of deep fried Oreos. ;) There’s weight watchers books available in most libraries and bookstores; even if you don’t join the program the portioned eating plans and recipes are pretty helpful. Just make sure stay hydrated, and if it hurts to breathe the next day you may have over done it

    just leave all eatables and start eating one fruit (e.g. first day apple) any quantity whole day nothing else. next day another fruit like oranges whole day the same next day change another. use melon, apple, papaya, watermelon etc. and do 5-10 min exercise two times a day. and see

    google the cabbage soup diet. YOu eat exactly what they tell you, and the MORE YOU EAT, THE MORE YOU LOOSE. it cleans out your system. Did it this summer, a week before a wedding I was in. You loose up to 10pounds in 5 days. Do it!;)
