		<description>ok I would recomand to kick out ceral in the morning and replace it with either hard cooked egg or  fat-free cottage cheese maybe a cup of milk. Also smoothie is not good when u r loosing weight cuz it has organic sugar in it. Drink only water. Lunch is perfect. don&#039;t cook fish try to boile it. do chicken on the grill. instead of doing  yoga do some aerobic exercise http://www.youtube.com/results?search_type=&amp;search_query=cindy+crawford+fitness&amp;aq=4&amp;oq=cindy+crawford and running is also great and kick out all those jucie and  ice teas drink water and hot natural green tea it is way better for u</description>

You could also dedicate more time to your cardio. Maybe cut yoga to 20 min. and add another 10 min. to running. Yoga is great, but if you only have 40 minutes a day to workout, there is a better way to split your time. 
Also, not to preach, but you need more calories. 500 per day is insane. You may think it is helping, but the reality is, you have jacked your metabolism.</description>
