How do I lose 9 pounds before May without excerising longer than I already do?
I am 109 pounds, I consume only 500 calories a day, usually zero to 15 fat cal; and only 1 to 1.5 total fat grams a day, no trans-fat or sat.
I have one small cup of a whole grain cereal with 1/2 cup fat free milk for breakfast, sometimes I will have a cream of wheat cereal with blueberries, lunches I have one to half-cup spinach salads with strawberries, avocadoes, mushrooms, etc. no meat or dressing, dinners are based of a one to two cup serving of vegetables and fish or chicken. I don’t not consume a lot of unnatural sugar or any beef. To keep my energy levels up I do yoga (for about 30 minutes) and run for 5 to 10 minutes everyday (I don’t have a lot of free time to exercise longer). I also drink light peach iced teas, fruit juices, and acai berry smoothies. What I would like to know is how to lose exactly 9 pounds next month without fasting or taking any medications.
I do not eat fast-food of any kind, I only eat organic. I am not Anorexia
by the way I just need to lose 9 pounds to be at my happy weight. ![]()
If I cut out juices than my calorie intake would be around 300.
Also I prob should of said that I only have a smoothie like once a month, and there only made of fruit and non-fat yogurt. I don’t use sugar as a sweetener just honey.

you are under eating. That causes your body to be in starvation mode. YOU NEED TO EAT MORE!!!

ok I would recomand to kick out ceral in the morning and replace it with either hard cooked egg or fat-free cottage cheese maybe a cup of milk. Also smoothie is not good when u r loosing weight cuz it has organic sugar in it. Drink only water. Lunch is perfect. don’t cook fish try to boile it. do chicken on the grill. instead of doing yoga do some aerobic exercise http://www.youtube.com/results?search_type=&search_query=cindy+crawford+fitness&aq=4&oq=cindy+crawford and running is also great and kick out all those jucie and ice teas drink water and hot natural green tea it is way better for u

Interval training. Instead of jogging for 10 minutes. Do a sprint, then jog. Example: Sprint all out for 30 seconds, slow jog for 1 minute, sprint, jog etc. Warm up with a slow jog for one minute before and after.
You could also dedicate more time to your cardio. Maybe cut yoga to 20 min. and add another 10 min. to running. Yoga is great, but if you only have 40 minutes a day to workout, there is a better way to split your time.
Also, not to preach, but you need more calories. 500 per day is insane. You may think it is helping, but the reality is, you have jacked your metabolism.
