How can you lose 45 pounds in three months WITHOUT taking pills or any other kind of weight loss supplement?

    Eat like the caveman used to. Back then, they didn’t have all the goodies-sugars and salts, like we have today. They grilled their meats, ate greens, and fruits. Be consistant and you will be satisfied with the results. Once you stop, the weight will return.

    Drop all the sweets and chips, avoid processed food (read the label, the fewer ingredients the better). Fresh fruits and veggies are your friends! Also eat fish and lean meats like chicken (no skin). A healthy amount of weight to lose is 1 – 2 pounds per week. This means, you should plan on losing about 24 pounds over the next 12 weeks, I know it is less than your goal, however, if you eat healthy on the way down, you are MUCH more likely to keep the weight off.

    ps – don’t forget to spend lots of time outside this summer! Pick a sport you think you will like and practice, practice, practice! That will be good for several pounds a month too!

    go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
    I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

    You can do it healthy by changing your diet. Look at my YA "about me " section then go to the first link , then click on meal plan… it also includes exercise. I lost 50 lbs in 8 weeks on it.

    Iron deficency test: Go to the mirror and pull your lower eyelid and see if the color is red or flesh color. If its flesh colored you are lacking enough iron and should take a herbal iron like Floradix. It will take a month to see a difference. Iron carrys oxygen in your blood and if you dont have it you will feel tired, cold hands and feet, headaches, RLS, dull brittle hair, brittle nails, poor sleep, pale skin (see thru), shortness of breath, fatigue, poor concentration, low mood, ringing in the ears, cracks in the corner of the mouth, dizziness, fainting, sore tongue and canker sores oh and pale mucous membranes in lower eyelid.
