How can we lose weight together !?

we are both aiming to lose around thirty pounds this summer, were 14 & 15 & she’s athletic & im not..I weigh around 170 & she weighs around 160 but hasnt weighed herself lately
I have football practice until five everyday, and so idk how i could work out then & she has volleyball.(im manager) We want to do something together like spinning classes or birak yoga! things that work & can make us sweat. Since were teens we need suggestions for things we can do know ! other than run @ the park (:

and also any vitamins or supplements; like acai berry and diet tricks..
we both eat healthy :)
im manager for football; lol were both girls (: But the managers run alot for games and during practices .. we really eat healthy but would more fruits and veggies help ?

    Change your diet! Go skating for about an hour every day! Cut down the amount of sugar you both consume everyday. Drop all soda products in your diets (even diet soda!) and only drink water.
    My boyfriend did that, and 30lbs in 2 months

    Sounds like you both keep active in sports. You should probably just focus on helping one anothers eating habits. Stop eating any fast food or junk food, sodas, deserts, and eat small portions of lean-meat sandwiches, salads, fish, nuts, etc. There are not tricks, just learn how to read nutrition facts.
