how can i lose weight quick ?

i am a tad bit on the lazy side. i got a year contract at the gym but never go i use to exercise everyday. now i started using acai berry. after a week and a half of taking the pills i did the acai cleanse 48hours and my stomach became really flat.

just yesterday i was going to try the master cleanse -> (the lemon detox. ingredients : water; fresh lemons; cayanne peper and organic b maple serup) but it was just really nasty so i wasn’t able to go through with it.

now i started a 14day acai berry cleanse where i take 4pills a day.
so my question is is there another way for me to lose weight quicker then what i am doing ?
like foods i should eat and what i shouldn’t.

& im 5’0 and weigh 130

    do it the natural way, ok. Eating the right foods and exercising. stop making excuses because you are the only one keeping yourself from doing it. You could exercise at home if done effectively. How do you think ppl did it before gyms were a booming buisness?

    You can’t. You didn’t GAIN that weight "quick", so you’re not going to LOSE it that way- either! Just try to eat less, USE that gym membership DAILY- & remember; "Lazy IS what lazy GETS !" So get "on the horn"- & start Working Out !!! Good luck! :)
