HOW CAN I LOSE MY PREGNANCY SAGGY STOMACH THAT I GOT FROM GIVING BIRTH?
My baby is 15months old now. I am 20years old but before I had her I only weight 115…then I jumped to 150 but I after I gave birth I went down to 135ibs and have been able to stay here. I want to lose more weight, I feel like my waste size is okay because I fit into the jeans I fit into b4 I got pregnant…I just have a stomach that prevents me from wearing shirts that cling to my belly. Especially when i sit down. i also have a small roll on my back, something I never had b4. My stomach is saggy but isn’t there ANY possible way I can flatten it down abit? I know i can’t get rid of the saggy skin, but my stomach itself really feels big, when I stand up it’s fine, but the minute i sit down it’s hanging over my jeans. I don’t exercise bcuz i never have time working and schooling FULLTIME with a baby….but with the job and schooling i am doing, i am always on my feet and i eat well or hardly ever eat. DOES ACAI BERRY work? or are there supplements out there i can take that are not risky to lose it?

acai berry does not work i brought the product ages ago online & it was a scam so dont fall for it ….. try doing sit ups im 19 have 3 littles ones & i reduced my stomach a little by doing situps i do want to lose more weight but i just have to keep at my situps & healthy diet

other than exercising not much can help you get rid of stomach…..unfortunately

Eat Right. No salt, sugar & bad carbs & ban the whites… Cardio workouts baby, it keeps up your metabolism so take ur baby out for walks, be active. As a mom of 4, I did workouts…plus taking some diet pills for metabolism to burn..you need to be consistent with your workouts…
Never tried Acai berry though…but good luck! It shouldn’t be hard to lose because you’re only 20, your metabolism rate is higher…good luck!
