Ho wmuch weight can I lose this week if I eat 500 calories a day and exercise?

im like 145 pounds I think and want to be at 130 really fast so how much can I lose, and I just want to have a straight answer nothing like try the acai berry diet, or its not healthy

also what type of food should I eat should I stick to all raw or should I have like soup also with beans to im not sure?

    you sound exactly like me last december. i weighed a little more than you & had the same goal weight. and then i developed an eating disorder doing exactly what you want to do (actually it was 300 cal for me).

    eating disorders are HELL. get away now while you still have the chance. yeah, you’ll lose a lot of weight, but you’ll also lose your boobs, period, hair, friends…
