Help me losing Belly Fat, please no Supplements, only the exercise?

I have mostly got rid of fat on my thighs , chest, and the Bums :P but i am not able to burn belly fat by jogging for 20 minutes and fast walk for 10 mins, I mean half an hour cardio everyday, I do Sit ups and crunches 3 sets of 15 15 15 , but still my belly fat is not reducing, and by jogging it has hung more ouT ! , Help me ouT with this ! what do i need to do?, !!
PLEASE No ACai Berry or something else like colon cleaning Stupid answers, I need a proper guide ! there is no gym in my Area !!! Please Guide me,

    jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
    evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
    specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
    your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
    to work double on them. The best approach is this:
    1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
    weight, lower for overweight).
    2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
    3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
    an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
    stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
    for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
    that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you

    If you want to lose that belly fat, then try this. First, quit drinking soda pop, even diet soda pop. Start drinking water. When you eat your meals, take small portions, and take small bites. This will help fill you up quicker. As far as your meals go, try this. For Breakfast, eat a bowl of Special K with Skim Milk. For Lunch, make a turkey sandwich on Wheat bread with Mustard or Fat Free Mayonnaise. For your Dinner, eat some type of Lean Meat and a lettuce salad, with Fat Free dressing. Between meals, and in the evening, if you get hungry, eat some dry cereal and/or drink some water. As far as exercise, walk around inside your house. When the weather is nice, get out and go for a walk.
