Help for weight loss?
I am trying to lose a lot of weight. I was wondering if anyone could give me so advice on a supplement like the Acai berry, one a days, slim shots, or just something that worked or didn’t work for you. I want to put this in with diet and exercise for just an extra boost. Any advice or something else I really appreciate it!

My advice to you is don’t use the Acai berry I had a bad experience with that. Try to get the Alli product it absorbs about 50% of the food you eat. However I don’t know if the Alli work because I had to stop using it cause I have a problem with my kidney. So the best advice is to try to get a nutrition ask her about nature ways to help you boost your weight loss. Because after all once you stop using those supplements your body will be so use to it that you gain the weight back.

Actually, acai berry has not yet been proven to help in weightloss. We know doctors and researchers are recommending a diet that is high in antioxidants, which acai berry has a lot to offer.
