my mother and i ordered it just 2 weeks ago…and i have the same problem it was just my belly weight..yes i said WAS! i have lost 13 pounds in the last 2 weeks!!!!!!! the pill curbs your hunger and gives you energy…but i also got the colon cleanse with it..you can get free samples on the net!!!!! oh and make sure you get the one off of oprah..there are ALOT of imitaions out there! i hope this works for you!

Yes, definitely does NOT work! I tried it for a month, and I actually gained 5 pounds in the process – that was using the acai berry supplement, as well as the colon cleanser. Definitely would not suggest trying it!

I know you don’t want to hear this…..

But the best way to lose weight is naturally and if it takes time it takes time.
Do you really think that a diet pill will work? Do you really want to take something that may be harmful to you?

Why not ask a doctor? Bet he will say take more exercise and eat healthy.

The best way to get rid of your belly is to run on a treedmill, then tone your abs. Make sure you don’t eat too much carbs or any at all, and definitely no soda or alcoholic beverages.

There have been countless studies, including one on the front page of Yahoo not even three weeks ago, that all say the same thing. The only way to lose weight and keep it off is to use more calories than you consume. This means exercise and a healthy, balanced diet.

I am kind of scrawny myself and need to gain a few, but I have a couple chubby friends (who are always offering to give me a few of their pounds). One who tried the pills gained weight. Another one who tried the pills lost, but she was counting calories and exercising, too. She says that is what it tells you to do right on the bottle…the same thing I’ve been telling her for a long time for FREE.

Acai berries are just anti-oxidants. All they do is to clean up the free radicals left over by cells doing their jobs which equates to a lesser risk for cancer and slower aging. That’s it. It may assist in some detoxification but that’s not "real" weight loss. That’s just cleaning your colon and body out…which is a great thing!
I believe that water and maybe green tea or raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar (with the mother still in it) are the keys to losing optimal weight; along with exercise and a healthy diet.
I buy Acai berry V8 Fusion…there’s no high fructose corn syrup (Do your research! This stuff is awful for your body!) and it has 1 serving of fruit and vegetabes per 8oz serving.
Once again, I’m not dissing acai berries, I just think they’re more appropriate for use to fight cancer and help slow down aging.
