These products are a waste of money, don’t work, and some are actually bad for you with nasty side effects. No pill, potion or supplement will help. Please don’t fall for all the spam adverts you see. I hope you didn’t order these on line. Many people have been scammed out of a lot of money ordering from websites, money keeps being taken from their credit card account.

All you need is a good healthy diet – lots of fruit and veg, and exercise. It takes time and motivation. There is no quick fix :)

firstly, question: Do you get dry mouth after you take the pills?

If yes, drink more water everyday and please do not do too much sports. Because all diet pills control your appetite to make you feel full and then you will eat less. Then you have less energy in your body, if you do too much sports you will get exhausted or even dizzy.

Second, if you don’t get dry mouth, bad news: you get fake diet pills!

I took the colon cleanse pill from the info commercial with the guy with the creepy beard and it takes about two months to finish it. I’m already skinny I just had a lil pouch and was always bloated and taking the pills did help clean me out without any pain or running to the toilet, but I take fiber vitamins too even though they give me gas at times………anyway there is no scientific proof for acai pills its just a fad. all i know is you should have a bowel twice a day basically and the colon cleanse helped me with that, without the crazy side effects.

I haven’t but contributors on these pages have reported diarrhoea with colon cleanse – water weight lost, soon regained.
There is nothing special about the berry, there are more antioxidants in locally bought fresh berries. antioxidants do not aid weight loss.

A study of the living human anatomy reveals that the colon is at no time dirty or clogged. Colon cleansing is known to disrupt the balance between natural enzymes and bacteria in the digestive tract.

"Your body does a perfectly good job of getting rid of toxins on its own,” says Dr. Nasir Moloo, a gastroenterologist with Capitol Gastroenterology Consultants Medical Group in Sacramento, Calif. “There’s no evidence that these types of diets are necessary or helpful.”
Anyone interested in detoxifying their body might think about paying a little more attention to their body and less attention to the people trying to get their money. The body already has nature’s most effective detoxification system. It’s called the liver. The liver changes the chemical structure of foreign compounds so they can be filtered out of the blood by the kidneys, which then excrete them in the urine
There are no magical berries from the Brazilian rain forest that cure obesity, only painfully real credit card charges and empty weight loss promises. Aggressive acai berry pitches on the Internet entice countless consumers into free trials promising weight loss, energy and detoxification. These claims are based on folklore, traditional remedies and outright fabrications unproved by real scientific evidence.

Keri Gans, dietitian and spokeswoman for the American Dietetic Association, recommends that customers turn to fruits and vegetables at their local produce markets.

If you do try anything buy from a health food store or Walmart, the free sample offered online is far from free. People have had to cancel credit cards to stop payments.
