Has anyone used Acai berry & colon cleanse diet. If so, what product and how well did it work.?
My husband & i want to loose weight. We eat ok and exercise, but we want something to boost the wight lose. I have read a lot about Acai berry & colon cleanse but does it really work?

Definitely don’t use the Acai berry powder that you pour into your water from Costco. I bought t because I heard it worked. It tasted like vomit to me. I threw the entire package away.

To tell the truth I have not tried any of the acai berry programs but I might. So far Im just sticking with blackberries on sale.

I know many people who have used the acai berry diet with colon cleanse and received phenomenal weight loss and overall health benefits. The previous reader who says the Acai Berry Diet is a scam is probably referring to the network of advertisers pushing a "Free Trial" and then billing your credit card and shipping product to you on a monthly basis. However, the products do work. If you feel more comfortable, go to your local health food store and pick up a bottle of both products, and ask the store attendant to make a recommendation. I think you will be thoroughly pleases and will have: more energy, a suppressed appetite, a better immune system, will sleep better (if that is a problem), will go harder for longer.

The one that works the best for me is this stuff called bowtrol colon cleanse. Although to be honest I haven’t used any other products so I can’t really compare them to others. I can only tell you about my experience using this one.
I’ve been using it about 3 times a year (once a quarter) and it really helps clean up my system. I think of it like a neti pot for my system (btw – if you suffer from allergies I also HIGHLY recommend using neti pot).
From what I’ve learned and experienced, doing the colon cleansing helps get rid of the toxins that build up in your body. It’s kinda like hitting the reset button on your digestive system.
The colon cleansings really helps puts a spring back in my step.
