If it is a good quality acai berry product, then yes, it is worth it. Acai is the best known antioxidant fruit that is known on the planet. The antioxidants in acai help to cleanse your body. The natural lipids in acai help to give you more energy and stamina. The fiber in acai helps digestion and fat loss.
I’ve been using acai berry products for a couple of months now and I’ve noticed that yes they do work. I used them when I wanted to trim off about 15lbs.
I knew that diet and exercise alone would help achieve that goal alone but I needed something to help me with my mid afternoon snacking urges. This is where I found the acai berry really helped me.
It helped to curb those mid afternoon urges which meant when I went out jogging later that night I wasn’t just jogging to work off that bag of Doritios I snacked on around 3pm instead I was actually working off the weight I wanted..
After a couple months I now no longer needed the supplements and can manage my weight more easily, so I found that yes they really did help speed up my weight loss goals when I used them along with a diet and exercise program, as the berries gave me more energy and helped to curb my appetite
I got my free trial bottle from the site below

My girlfriend spends crazy amounts of money on it every month and sells it. Frankly…it’s a craze. To me there may be some vitamin benefits of it…but it’s ‘magic juice’. How many ‘magic juices’ have we been pedalled over the centuries?
And to sell it for such a mark up? Yikes.
If it was a cure all, why isn’t it being promoted by your doctor? Granted, there are some doctors that aren’t open minded and are corrupt, but not all of them are. And my naturopath kinda just rolls his eyes at the whole thing. This is a guy who routinely sells plant sourced materials for healing the body.
So I think it’s a good way to toss your money down the drain and soon enough we’ll have a new fad coming around promising to make you vital, young and completely healthy.

Aca appears to be a good antioxidant. Some people claim it can help them lose weight, have more energy, boost the immune system, etc., etc. I just started taking acai, but it is too early to notice any changes.
However, I want to warn you about ONLINE SCAMS. One is Acai Berry Supreme. They promised a free bottle and I would only have to pay shipping. I noticed an additional $29.95 added to my credit card from that company and had to complain to the company to get a refund. Then they started shipping me more bottles and trying to charge me for them.
The other scam is Acai Berry Power 500, which also offered a free trial bottle. They also started mailing me additional bottles of acai without my permission. Again, I had to complain to the company to get credit card charges removed.
If you do want to get Acai, try to get it from a health food or vitamin store. Sambazon is a reputable company and is probably your best bet. If you can’t get it in a store, it is probably ok to get it from sambazon.com. I recommend the freeze-dried powder or capsules rather than the liquid.
The acai berry is grown in central and south America. It is impossible to get the whole berry in the US. Here we get only powders and juice from the berry. I doubt these are as healthful as the berry itself.
