Well it’s not like you can just take one acai pill with a huge steak and a cheeseburger on the side, you do have to eat healthy. Acai is a very nutritous fruit. It is actually almost a complete food, so if you lived your whole life eating acai berries and,hmm like some raw nuts for breakfast lunch and dinner, chances are you won’t be malnourished.

Actually, you don’t need to "diet" in fact to lose weight, I discovered this at the web resource in the box below, they have lots of guidance, I worked off 8 pounds by doing as they advised.

Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com

Good luck and stay focused = )

The whole weight loss supplement industry benefits from their product hardly working – enough to see very small results, but not enough to solve your problems. Why? Because if they solved your problem, you wouldn’t keep re-purchasing their product, now would you? These supplements are usually so ineffective that you would have been better off at a cost to time spent ratio to just do a little exercise.

Now we see the rise of the acai berry – one of the biggest scams on the market. Have you done any personal research on this? Just go to google and look for "acai berry scam" or something similar. People report almost no difference except as a very minor hunger suppressant, and some people report being sent huge amounts of it after their "free" trial without asking for them, with a huge bill on their credit card for the trouble.

Instead, spend your money on something professional that is worth it and has a 100% money back guarantee like my link below. Or don’t.. but either way, save your time and money and stay away from those scam products.
