Has anyone tried and like the acai berry and colon cleanse diet?

Ok so i have heard about this diet all over, and i am very interested in trying it out. But i wanted to get some feedback from people who have actually tried it out. Is there a certain brand of products that i should buy that work best together? Please if you have tried this out let me know how it worked out for you! i have tried both.
they both work. they do the same job. clean out your colon. acai is just a specific colon cleanse product.
any colon cleanser at your local riteaid or walgreens works. follow the intake directions on the product and you should be good. it helps with weight loss also. just make sure you dont over-cleanse ..it could mess up ur systems. i would say maybe do it 2-3 times a year for 2-3 weeks (idrk, im just calling stuff out..but i mean it sounds about right to me) ive only done it once and did it for about a month. my stomach & colonthanked me! …but my toilet didnt. lol.
p.s it does not give the effect of diarrhea, simply easier and heavier trips to the toilet, not necessarily more frequent.
