One word of advice, hang your cursor over the avatars of who is answering your questions. If they just signed up today or yesterday don't take their advice (including Darion who has been signed up since 2007, he just hasn't been reported, YET). The ACAI Berry Spammers have been running rampid on Yahoo Answers and you will only get their testimonials aka sales pitch.

I do know there are some healthy ingredients in it but not sure if there are any that are NOT. If I was thinking about it I think I would look up the ingredients first. Watch out for the clever, "some ingredients approved by FDA", in other words not all of them are. Be cautious of natural ingredients like herbs, some can be bad if taken in high quantities. Just like St. Johns Wort cancels out antibiotics and birth control pills.

I do hope you consider simply changing your eating habits and adding in some exercise in. I lost over 100 lbs and have kept it off for over 10 years now. I tried fad diets and some worked but the weight always came back until I realized I needed to change my eating habits and exercise.

It is almost Spring, soon you can be outdoors walking or gardening for exercise, just a thought.

Best of Luck to you!
