    Why would you not have to watch what you eat? If you could eat anything you wanted and still lose weight people wouldn’t have any problems losing weight. And this diet will not work, no diet works. Once you go back to your normal eating habits, you will gain it all back. You need to eat healthy everyday, for the rest of your life. You can cheat sometimes but if you want to lose weight you must eat healthy. Exercise will also help alot.

    I would be wary of these things and I know "cleanses" are the rage. Your body is really a smart system if you just give it the right fuel and exercise. If this combo is something you would like to try…..invest in a naturopathic doctor to be sure is would be good and would work for your system.

    Yes it is a good cleanse but i think eating whatever you want defeats the purpose of the cleanse doesn’t it.

    Hey Lill,

    Unfortunately, there’s no magic diet where you get to sit around eating pizza all day – but wouldn’t that be awesome?! :) lol

    That said, I did actually benefit from the colon cleanse and acai berry combination. I’ve struggled for years with a slow metabolism – even if I went to the gym every day and ate perfectly, I still wouldn’t see the results I wanted. Adding these products to my daily regimen helped boost my metabolism and gave me the energy I needed to stick with my program.
