has anyone else been hit with huge c/card bills from the colon cleanse and acai berry websites?
i was told free trial just pay postage. well within a couple of days of product arriving from china i had 250 dollars removed from my card
There is no fine print on website page. Also how do i get my bank to reverse charges as i spoke to them before it happened but westpac told me there was nothing they could do until the companys details showed up on system.

Your credit is probably going to suffer for quite some time because of this scam.
Ask your card company to reverse the charges, and ask them what to do to prevent further damage.

in your case – sounds like if you do not cancel within a few days
now you are autoshipped automatically until you cancel

I haven’t gotten scammed in that manner but I have been hit with people who do things like charge you for shipping for all of the monthly shipments you will get after the free trial ends, so you end up with a huge bill because they are charging so much for the $3 or so they actually pay to ship. They call that handling. The only real way to avoid it is to really read the small print before you try anything. I tried acai, but I got mine off ebay to be sure.
