good ways to get rid of love handles?
okay so i have some love handles that really bother me. Do you think if i started ride a stationary bike everyday it would help my love handles go away?? if so how many miles a day on the bike do you think would give me maximum results?
also do you know if drug stores or vitamin shops sell acai berry pills and/or colon cleanse pills?
would that help my love handles go away?

You can’t spot reduce so there is no surefire way to get rid of love handles. All you can do is get plenty of cardio (this burns fat) and do some abwork and eat well. PLEASE DO NOT use diet pills. Those things are a bunch of chemicals and can have negative effects on your health in the long term.

Sorry to disappoint you, but bike would not be of much help unless you’re standing up on it. If you sit down, all your core muscles are relaxed and not working. Lift your butt off the seat and do it that way. 30 minutes 4 times a week is a good start, increase it to 45 in 2 weeks and do more days.
Aerobics and floor exercises that target core (back and stomach) would help you a lot more with it. You can do it at home with a DVD, very cheap and convenient.
Decrease amount of fat foods and sweets that you consume, this will help dramatically.

the stationary bike is a good idea but not that much of it. instead do some weights. adding muscle will increase the amount of calories and fat burned every minute instead of just burning a few hundred calories on the bike. if you have any questions, just go to my source link.
