Easy and healthy way to lose weight ?
I DONT want to use that acai berry thing . Or any of those weight lose groups .
Im 13 . 140 – 145 pounds and i would like to lose about 20 – 25 pounds by the beginning og Summer of July .
So what are some heathly ways to do this ?
Good exercises ?
Good things to eat ?
Things that i should stay away from ?
What are some good exercises that i can do for half an hour after i wake up in the morrning ?
Then an hour before bed ?
How many calories should they burn ? (i plan on eating only 500 calories a day )
Also , is my goal weight , and the amount of time that i want to lose it in , resenable ?

Okay, well for starters, cut out junk food if you eat it. Then cut out soda and caffeine. As for what you eat, try to eat more fruits and veggies and drink lots of water. A realistic goal would be to lose about 2 to 3 pounds per week so don’t try to rush it by losing more as it is not safe. As for working out, considering your age, don’t try to do too much as you are still growing (weight lifting is not good if you are not an adult). There are plenty of exercises on TV that you can do early in the morning and then maybe some walking at night.
Also make sure not to eat late at night as your body will not have time to work off the calories and try not to under-eat either. Good luck.

Interval training. Run, bike, etc. If you’re running, after warming up do this: sprint for 10 seconds (as fast as you can), run at medium or slow speed for 30 to 60 seconds, then sprint again. Do that for about 10 minutes, then run at whatever speed you usually run for another 15 to 20 minutes.
Add weight exercises, as bigger muscles use up more energy than smaller muscles or fat. The more muscles engaged during an exercise, the better. Squats, push upss, jumping jacks, etc. are good.
Between the two, you’d get your metabolism up, which uses up energy.
