Channel 16 News actually did a news report on one of the most popular Acai Berry companies. One of the anchors actually did a 4 week diet test with the free Acai Berry trial, along with the best colon cleanser. I suggest you check it out, they just posted the results

none that I know of. all the adverts state like reported in so and so. but the ‘in so and so’ never state anything promoting acai berry. ie false advertising. opera winfrey has a notice on her site stating that the claim of ‘a guest from her show’ is also false.
