Does acai berry really work ?

I just purchased the acai berry flush and cleanse to drop a few pounds before the summer time.
I’ve heard nothing but great things but I’m still a little skeptical about it. I know people are talking about the whole scam, but I just wanted to make it aware that I purchased my from the smoothie king store. If any of you have tried can tell me about your experience. Also, if you know someone who was on it, can you please tell me their experience. Thank you.

Acai is an antioxidant. It’s fruit. It’s not a magic weight loss food. As antioxidant-rich foods go, it’s fine, but there are less expensive options. An acai smoothie isn’t going to be much different from a blueberry smoothie.

"Smoothies" aren’t the answer. You don’t lose weight by eating "diet food" that still satisfies your "cravings." You lose weight by eating right and exercising.

If you bought it from a local store you have escaped the scam.
Acai won’t harm you but there are more antioxidants in fresh fruit and vegetables,
Antioxidants do not aid weight loss.

They vaguely say it contains acai ‘and other natural ingredients’ and that some people have reported diarrhoea. One or two of the other natural ingredients must be laxatives. Look on the label and google each ingredient.
You only lose water weight which is soon replaced.
