Could I lose 14 pounds in 4 months if I did this?

If I stuck to this everyday?
If I ate

bowl muesli for breakfast

cheese sandwich with two slices wholemeal bread for lunch

half pack ainsley harriot couscous/salad for dinner

No food past half 5 in the evening

apple, banana and a muller fruit corner for snacks when I am hungry and 1 hour yoga and aerobics everyday

For drink – 6 glasses Sainsbury’s orange squash (no sugar) as I find it a chore to drink plain water… and replaced my standard sugar and milk tea (x3) with green tea or pur erh tea where possible. (no sugar or milk)

(also taking 1000mg Cod liver oil capsules, apple cider vinegar supplements – apple cider vinegar supposedly speeds up metabolism)

Could I lose a stone in 4 months?

    Why yes, yes you can, but I would suggest a coupple revisions which is of course my opinion. I would suggest replacing the museli with 1/4 cup oatmeal in 1/2 cup skim milk with a touch of cinamon and some fruit, really a cheese sandwich isnt all that much of an aid to your plan, a lot of carbs, lot of sugar, and a lot of callories (which although you do need a decent caloric intake to be able to maintain a diet for any period of time, you should have them more spread out over the day and I would suggest adding those with walnuts btw, lots of omega 3 and fiber to help control hunger)

    There are a few places that im going to have to disagree with you as well, rather then apple cider vinegar supplements go with green tea extract as that has been actually proven to increase your metabolism in scientific studies vs placebo (with exercise of corse) The no food after 5 thing is unsustainable, what you should avoid after 5 is simple sugars (as your body continues to process carbohydrates after you go to sleep which can prevent you from healthy deep sleep) The only thing I have to completely disagree with you on is the juice instead of water thing, you need water to live, you should really find a way to get over it i.e. put lemon in it, make unsweetened ice tea, etc… Lastly I assume your going into the cod liver oil thing for omega 3, you might wanna research krill oil vs fish oils.
    The only real reason you couldnt lose a stone in four months is if you dont have a stone to lose, as a reminder if you didnt have any body fat you would be dead :) Hope this helps you!

    There’s no way for me to evaluate your specific diet because there is no information there on calories. It would just be guesswork. But yes you can lose 14 pounds in 4 months quite easily. Cutting 3500 calories from your diet equals one pound of fat. So by consuming 500 calories per day less than you burn, you will lose about one pound per week.
