Colon cleanse and acai berry….?
I wanted to try it.
To help lose weight because i learned i can’t really lose weight with all these toxins and stuff in my body…i thought it’ll help alot.
im only 12 so my question is..
is it safe for me to take them? or should i wait to get older?

first off, you’re 12. and some people will say that you shouldn’t be worrying about toxins and your weight. but, i’ll say that in this day in age with all the fast food, and fast times, its good that you’re aware that being overweight can cause future problems ie: diabetes, clogged arteries, arthritis, achy joints.
but, its almost spring time. everyone gains a little weight in the winter from all the holidays. but soon you’ll be able to go outside, and run and swim and do whatever. and if you cant get outside and play do stuff inside. run in place while watching tv, or do situps during the commercials. before you eat a meal drink a FULL GLASS OF WATER. and halfway through your meal stop eating and run up and down the stairs a few times.
but, i will say that you do NOT need a colon cleanse.. ahah. if you want to be healthier and get rid of ‘toxins’ don’t drink soda. break that habit before its too late. don’t drink soda, tea, or lemonade. just water. also, don’t get those iced cofffee drinks from starbucks or wherever because those things have like over a trillion (not literrally but, i know its alot) of carbs and calories and fat. like enough for 2 days. but. just try and eat more vegetables (without dressing) and fruit. try to not eat carbs like bread, pasta and rice. stay away from candy, cake, ice cream, cupcakes, and smoothies (they’re all the devil.) try and limit your red meats and grill your chicken instead of frying it.
I will also note that since you’re taking action and trying to be a healthier person, you should try and encourage your family to partake in exercising as well. if you have a dog, you should take it on walks with you. that would probably increase its life span. i’m about a 100% sure that a healthy, exercising dog will live longer than a lazy dog. but yeah i hoped this helped. if you have any questions for me email me at raychillbee@yahoo.com

No. These things are absolutley ridiculous. Your body cleans itself out. You have no toxins in you. These thing do not work. You can lose weight if you try hard enough. Also your twelve. u dont need to worry about this. Here is an example of there stupidity. Colon cleanse programs also say that they clean out the colon which allows for better and more efficient absorption of food molecules, which means you dont need to eat as much. This sounds reasonable, except that food isnt even absorped in the colon. Only water is. Look it up, its basic biology.

dont buy into all that "toxin" stuff you can lose weight just as your are.
Im curious where u heard that u cant lose weight with your toxins. probably the same website that sells the cleansing stuff.

cleaning the colon does get you much. A few days where you weight less then the colon fills cause you have to poop right and you are right back to where you were. So proper diet and exercise.
