colon cleanse and acai berry?
I read about some offer online for a colon cleanse and acai berry that caused weight loss. While I dont want to sign up for something online, I would like to buy these things at GNC or a store similar to that. I am wondering if anyone has any brands they reccomend? Also, does anyone know if this will really do anything? And lastly, is it going to make me poop a lot?

My brothers taken those crappy pills for over a year and still weighs the same. Why he takes them? i have no idea, they just are a scam to steal your money he’s living proof. I’ve lost more weight than him pill free than he has taking 8 different pills powders all that junk. Online is scam as well, they just get your credit card information and steal your cash. Dont buy the stupid pills, just go out for a run.

Weight loss pills, powders, acai berry, and all that stuff – garbage! Bizarre fad diets (Eat only bacon and lose weight!) are unnatural – you need the whole food pyramid. Bowel purges are dangerous – you need the bacteria in your gut to process food. You might lose some weight using these crazy techniques, but you’ll put it right back on the moment you quit. There are no good quick fixes! The acai scam is the worst – they just take your credit card number, bill you $300, and laugh at you.
You have to put real effort into looking good, feeling fit and living longer. If you don’t want to work, hit the couch, turn on the idiot box and put 911 on speed dial – you’re headed straight to Heart Attack City.

They are a waste of money and don’t work.
A lot of the online sites are scams. People have lost a lot of money with the so called "free trials" then they come here asking for help to get their money back.
All you need to lose weight is a good healthy diet and exercise

You can buy most products like the ones you mention at Walmart, cvs Pharmacy, Walgreens or any drug/vitamin store.
But the 2 products you mention or fad diets hyped by internet scammers who make impossible and outlandish claims. They also get your credit card number for a "small shipping fee" and then empty out your wallet.
