Can saw palmetto be taken with a multi berry antioxidant supplement?

i take a multi with saw palmetto in it and i want to take a berry supplement with acai and pomenagnate and other berries. I worry that one or more of the berries may be harmful when combined with saw palmetto.

SP is for prostate health. This usually means you are over age 40 or so. Maybe even 60. NO prob as I dont thionk there is an upper limit to SP anyway.

The berries are anti-oxidants. Shouldnt be a problem.

wow! you are on the road to super healthy! acai and pom. berries are EXCELLENT (but you already know that). no problems, contradictions, or side effects if you add the acai berry complex to your saw palmetto vitamin regimen. your cells are already dancing a jig in anticipation of the super (antioxidant) powers you will be giving them!

I take the ultimate berry juice (monavie) and saw palmetto and have had no problems. There is nothing in the literature on this that would contraindicate their concurrent usage.

Yes. There shouldn’t be a problem with combining them. However you may want to consult an herbalist or Chinese medicine supplier or shop. They also may offer acupuncture; so that gives you more places to look in your local yellow pages.
