Can I use Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse with Cambridge diet?
I am currently doing the cambridge diet in a desparate attempt to loose some weight before my wedding, but I’ve been reading about the Acai Berry weight loss combined with the Colon Cleanse which is supposed to speed up weight loss. They’re both natural apparently but I wonder If I can combine them with the Cambridge diet?

The Acai pills are a scam and do not have a significant impact on weight loss. You are better to try a regular diet and fitness program.

Most importantly, what reason do you feel the need to cleanse your colon? Anything you hear in an infomercial about it improving your health is going to be a lot of junk science. But yes, there are natural products to do it. Most systems use bulk-forming laxatives (much like metamucil).
