I highly recommend though that you join sparkspeople.com 

It tells you exactly what you need to have a healthy day of eating
also I know you said you already excise and I&#039;m sure that you know exercises but sparkspeople will give you an exercise plan, and show you how to do the exercises in little demos.. and a diet plan so it tells you what you can eat that day which is enough to get all the nutrients you need

Ever since I joined it feel soooo much better... I highly recommend this site

you don&#039;t have to join and I don&#039;t like to advertise sites that much but this is just my opinion if you are really into getting into good health

plus wouldn&#039;t hurt to check it out!

Oh and also http://www.mypyramid.gov/ you can get how much vegetables you need and fruits and meats

Just go to the I want to... section on the right and there is a link that says &quot;Get a personalized Plan&quot;
