Yes, if you go excessive in reducing your calories, you will not lose weight, this is often called the plateau. If you go to extremes, and you do lose weight, this will eat your muscles in the process which is the worst thing you could do.

Having a BMR of 2241, is pretty good, if you were to cut 1000 calories off like I think you are implying, then you will eat enough calories for a female, which in your case, is not enough and will hurt your body.

500 calories deducted seems fine, maybe 600-700 if you really need to. Best if you test yourself, if you feel weak then it's not enough.

If i were you i wouldnt eat anything less than 1800 calories. But give or take some. Everyone is different. Try eating 2,000 and exercise for a couple of weeks. If you arent losing any inches or weight, lower it by 100 calories. Gotta play with it for a while before you find your fit. Good luck

One of the most powerful diet pills on the market is the Acai Berry. It has amazing vitamins and anti-oxidents and is even considered a super food. It is so amazing that it has been featured on Oprah and 60 minutes. When used in conjunction with the proper diet and exercise, people have lost over 40lbs in a matter of weeks.
