B12 any thoughts? 17 year old female?

So im a 17 year old female and i take around a 41,000 daily value b12 (one) at night and around a 8,000 daily value one during the day.This gives energy to your metabolism. One time i took 5 in a day. Hopefully there isnt some overdose on this really your only supposed to take one a day. I also take green tea extract pill, multivitamin pill, acai berry diet pill, and sometimes i mix in colon cleanse in my smoothie. Any thoughts? and yes i am trying to lose ten pounds just to find supplements to help me out bc i never get enought energy to exercise so i try to compensate.

    seriously, dump all that crap except for the multivitamin.

    eat healthy things, in healthy amounts, as in, enough to be satisfied, but not stuffed, and keep active.

    MAKE time to exercise. it doesn’t have to be much, if you make it even 15 minutes every day, of something that makes you breathe a little hard, or sweat a little, that will probably be enough.

    if you cut out junk food, cut out carbonated beverages, and try to eat whole wheat type stuff, things like that… you’ll lose it, if you should be losing it.

    seriously… all that extra crap is just screwing you up.

    Wow; way to much B12. If you Take any B supplements you must do so on top of a multivitamin that has the rest of the B vitamins otherwise it throws off your body and proper assimilation doesn’t happen. You want to lose weight, do not eat junk,ie the typical american diet. To eat healthy cut out all denatured foods like white flour products and white rice. Processed foods have no value for your body and cause a lot of harm; think obesity, cancer and all other forms of bodily misery. The process of eating this insult to your body is your peril and the food ( chemical company’s ) profit. Be aware that the so called food industry in this country is not about your health but there profit! Educate yourself and eat healthy, don’t listen to the AMA ( american malpractice association) or your government, they will both lie to you for there profit!
