are there any diet pill, acai berry supplement or any other supplement that actually works?
of course im going to add in some excercise as well but i keep hearing about the acai berry supplements that are helping people.Im not going to buy it from one of those websites i’d probably buy it from like rite-aid. I’m 15, not fat, healthy bmi but i have some fat and man boobs:( when i ran xc i lost like my gut but not so much the man boobs. cross country practice starts soon and ill be working out at the gym but i was wondering if you knew any diet pill or supplement, any supplement, acai/green tea, or anything that will help me lose some fat? I also heard of resistance training as well, any excercises that will help? Thankyou:)

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called ProShapeRX. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Every few years the media comes up with some sort of "miracle food" that has been around forever and no one pays attention to it until it gets a gimmick behind it. I’m sure acai berry is good for you, but just like any other food it’s not going to give you any out of this world results. There is no short cut to healthy weight loss. Just eat clean and exercise regularly, and switch up both routines periodically. The only pills you may want to consider taking are fish or flax oil supplements and multivitamins. That’s all you need. Keep it simple. The green tea wouldn’t hurt though.
