Are Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse free, or is there a hidden fee?

I am 5’6" and I weigh 115 lbs. I weighed 100 lbs. one year ago. I bought a really cute dress with big polka-dots on it! It was a sz. 0 but I had to get it taken in. Now that I’ve gained weight, the zipper (which is in the back) can’t zip up all the way; there are 3" of it that won’t zip. I have a Chorus concert coming up in less than two weeks (on the 14th). I want to lose about 10 lbs. so that I can zip the dress up all the way. How in the world do I do this? Thanks!
By the way, my purpose is not to look smaller! I want to fit into my dress! I want to burn fat so that I can zip it up and wear it for the concert. It’s not about looking skinny; I know I’m small enough right now. Thanks!
