Any luck with the Acai Berry? Which form seems to have the best results (pill, powder, or juice)?

I have been hearing a great deal of positive info on tv an the net about this ACAI Berry and was wondering if anyone has had the chance to try it and if so, is it really assisting with weight loss? I am presently taking the 2tbs per day of the liquid version that GNC sales but so far don’t notice anything?

I was introduced to acai about a year ago, before all the publicity and hype for new acai products. I have taken the juice form, but have done research on acai.

Acai is really good with assisting weight loss, but it has to be a quality acai to get the real health effects that acai should have. Acai berries are native to the Amazon in Brazil, and are a very perishable fruit. The problem with most pills and powders is that the process by which they are made rids the acai of it nutrient content.

The acai product that I use is called MonaVie. It is a juice blend of 19 fruits from around the world whose main fruit is the acai berry. Because of a patented flash freezedrying process developed by MonaVie, they are able to retain most all of nutrient and antioxidant content of the acai berries. I was very skeptacle of MonaVie at first, but after drinking I noticed that I was losing weight, I felt more energetic, and I noticed that I slept better at night. Based on my own experience, I would recommend MonaVie because I have had great luck with that Acai product.

My girlfriend has tried most things to lose weight but nothing has worked quite as effectively as the wu yi tea that she drinks, it’s been covered on CNN and Fox News. She lost 7 pounds in four weeks. She gets it from a friend at work but I discovered this site in Google; http://www.Wu-YiNow.com – they have a free trial on at the moment, maybe they’re worth a try?
