Am i taking too many vitamins?
So, i’ve recently cut back on the amount of food i eat and i just want to make sure i’m getting the nutrients my body needs.
I’m 16, if it matters. So i’ve been taking the nature made multi-vitamins and i have decided to start taking fiber one and the acai berry vitamins(not diet supplements). Is this too much?

I think its perfectly fine, sounds good and definitely not too much. However, make sure you take the fiber pills only if you’re feeling constipated. Try getting fiber sources from foods such as vegetables/fruits, and especially whole grain breads (whole wheat, bran). Good luck

Multi-vitamins are designed ideally for very young children, the sick, the elderly, and people who can’t afford or don’t have access to regular meals.
Women should actually eat about 5 small nutritious meals a day. Cutting back on calories, fat, sodium, and carb intake is healthy. You don’t neet any fiber either when you eat healthy food. Try browsing through a magazine in the market like Shape, which has good recipes.
