After pregnancy weight.?

How can I lose weight faster now since i given birth to my son. I’ve been the same amount of weight gain ever since I’ve been out of the Birth Center. Which was like two months ago. I eat fine and healthy. Has anyone done the Acai Berry supplement weight loss? Or is there another way to tighen up a flabby tummy. -_-
I don’t like It one bit, it’s making me feel depressed.

    I’m sorry to say but really it’s just patience. It took you 9 mo to put the weight on and it’ll take just as long, if not longer to get it off.

    If you’re nursing, that will help – that’s why the weight is there in the first place, so you can have all the fuel you’ll need to feed this hungry little being!

    Your tummy will tighten with time, but it may never look like it did before you had your babe. Don’t try to do sit ups or anything like that quite yet though, your stomach muscles still need to relax back into place from being stretched so far during your pregnancy. If you do situps, crunches etc now you run the risk of splitting them, and that looks nasty!!

    You can also start a gentle regimine of walking now. Carry your baby in a Moby wrap or other carrier instead of the stroller. Better bonding for the 2 of you and better workout for you!!
