Acai Supplement Diet?

Okay, so today is my first day with the Acai Berry supplement pills and here is what I am planning to do along with the pill:

Work out everyday, 30-40 minutes.
Drink lots of water.
Eat much healthier.

That’s all I have planned so far. Does anyone suggest any other procedures I should take? I do have school during the day so that’s really all I can fit into my busy schedule. Thanks.

    Why you are choosing supplement pills at all? Almost 97% of your gains will come from training, proper nutrition and rest.

    You can try to do intense body weight or sandbag exercises for 30 mins. everyday. You have to drink a gallon of pure spring water every day and eat 5-6 smaller meals through out the day. There should be a 500 calorie deficit from your ideal calorie intake which should spread out during the day.
    When you are looking to lose weight (fat mass) then first have your current readings for body weight, body mass index and body fat percentage. Find out your ideal body weight and body fat percentage in charts and chalk out your goals accordingly.

    I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

    Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

    First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

    This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

    However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder.     These pills are a waste of money and don’t work. No pill, potion or supplement will help you lose weight.

    You are doing the right things already – working out and eating healthier.

    All you need to lose weight is a good healthy diet and exercise :)
