Acai Berry/Colon cleanse diet…other etc?

Does it work has anyone tried it?

Can you recommend other thats been tried and tested? I want to lose 5kgs… or… like.. 11 lbs?

Oh! And before anyone says just exercise.. I exercise my butt off!!! 1 hour jogs 5 days/wk, 10 minutes on ab circle pro (which i soo recommend) and weights etc… Just need a little other boost as exercise and good eating is not getting the extra kgs off!!!

    Acai berry is an over hyped scam. does not aid weight loss.

    Colon cleansing can cause vomiting, nausea and abdominal cramps. It can cause a dangerous loss of water and electrolytes, which can lead to dehydration and even abnormal heart rhythms.

    You must be eating more calories than you are burning. About 3,500 calories adds up to about 1 pound. This applies whether they are food calories coming in, or calories (burned by exercise) going out.
    If you eat 3,500 calories more than your body needs, you will put on about 1 pound. If you use up 3,500 calories more than you eat, you will lose about 1 pound in weight.

    Heaps of advice re calorie counting online.
    Don’t waste your money on acai or anything associated with acai.
    The ads are pure fiction, the photographs are manipulated.

    You mention that exercising and good eating isn’t allowing you to lose the extra weight. It’s a matter of HOW MUCH "good food" you’re eating! As long as you continue to eat more food than you burn off, you will not lose those extra pounds/kgs. Cut back on your food and the weight will come off.
    Diets work for the short term.
