If you paid by credit card, get in contact with your bank/visa/mastercard and tell them you've been charged for a product you haven't been provided with. I used to work for Visa and we got this stuff a lot - most times visa would dot the research and try if they find you have been scammed they will try to get you a refund. If you paid from your bank account, get your bank to block the permission for any further payments to be taken/paid. It’s your own damn fault for being so gullible.
