(Acai Berry Question) Please help me?
I have heard a lot about acai berry weight loss supplements, and I really need to lose weight. Would it be safe to use these for a teen that is 14 going on 15. If yes, please say which acai product you think is best, if no, please give an alternate solution for fast weight loss. Thank you!

Acai berry supplements (or any supplements for that matter) are not going to help you lose weight. The only way to lose weight efficiently is to cut your calories (eat healthy meals), and follow an appropriate exercise regimen. Don’t spend money on things that will ultimately lead you nowhere. Cut out the soda. Drink water when you are thirsty. Talk to your doctor for best results. It is not easy, but you’ll get there. Good luck!

If you try Acai Berry, buy it at a local store like GNC at most malls. Avoid buying it over the internet using a credit card. The Acai Berry is notorious for scammers selling you a "trial" sample for a small amount and then charging your credit card for everything they can possibly get out it until you cancel the card.
Beware of web sites like the one mentioned in the next 3 posts. They want your credit card number to bill you $2.95 for "shipping" but the fine print says they’ll start billing your card $87.62 at the end of your trial period (just a few days) and every month afterwards.
You’ll end up having to cancel your credit card in order to stop the charges. This is a common scam these days.

If you really are serious about lossing weight then you have to stop thinking supplements help you in losing weight. It really is all a scam. Weight loss is an easy concept but hard for most people to do. All it is, is you have to have your calorie intake be less than your calorie outake. For example if you burn 2000 calories a day, then you would want to eat 1500 calories a day. This would result in you losing 1-2 pounds a week.

Acai Berry products are scam..It is all over the internet if you do a little research you’ll see it.The only way to lose weight is to eat right and exercise..Be patient with yourself,don’t get mad if you’ll slip one or twice just start again.You can do it.Good luck.

Acai itself is very healthy, and would be no problem to consume for almost any age I would say. Acai-based pills may not have much acai in them, or may have other potentially harmful (or more so useless/placebo) ingredients.
Overall, due to their expensive cost for what you get, I wouldn’t even recommend it as a health supplement, let alone a weight-loss one (which it isn’t).
To loose weight, eat less. If you want to eat lots, eat as much vegetables as you want, and also pretty much limitless fruit as well.
Because eating lots of vegetables and fruit can be quite difficult and time consuming, using a blender that will blend the stuff nice and fine will be really useful. You can add things like apples to vegetable smoothies to make them taste good.
For your general health, avoid saturated fats which is found at most fast foods, and definitely trans fats. Fat in general isn’t good for weight, but there is many kinds of fat (and foods with fat) that are still very healthy, and will not cause weight problems when had in moderation. These include fish, olive oil, nuts (almond, walnut, pistachio, brazil)
Diet alone can make you loose weight, but it’s not as efficent. Getting into a routine of a daily or even weekly jog and/or swim, and getting involved in a physical activity or two (also introduces a social aspect) will be very beneficial..
