I have been reading alot about this acai berry . i have tried one of the products and Have found it very help full to me. The one I use is a juice blend. I use it for better over all health. It dose alot to improve my overall health. i think if you want to improve your health go for if , but there is no Magic pill or powder to drop a lot of weight fast .
