Omgoodness girl do not take those supplements! i get so mad when i see that stuff about the acai supplement posted to everyone who wants to lose weight. it not the way, will ruin your health and lots of girls actually seriously die from that stuff, i don’t even think you’d be able to buy it till 18.. cause its DANGEROUS!

this is why alot of people get fooled into these stupid myths…….acai berry is a detoxifying antioxident which cleans out your digestive and excretory system of waste that builds up over time. what makes it a weightloss supplement is when it is combined with green tea extract. dont get fooled into to buying just the acai berry itself when considering it for weight loss because you will only just clean your system of bacteria.

Something told me to answer your question. Please don’t start with the diet supplement mess, especially at 15 when all you have to do is eat fewer calories and exercise. Those pills and other money scams usually raise your heart rate to make you burn a tiny bit more weight, but is it worth risking a heart attack to lose 1.2 pounds in a week instead of 1? If you eat right and exercise, that’s much better than filling your body with dangerous substances.

DONT USE THE SUPPLIMENT!!! it makes you throw up and makes you lose your appetite, and your hair falls out. My cousin tried it and it DOES NOT WORK!! however, the real acai Berry does speed up your metabolism. You can get acai berries if you order em from pea pod or somethin. If your afraid your parents will find out, well they’ll find out either way cuz wit the suppliment, the baldness will not hide:))

a fifteen yr old girl should not be taking weight loss stuff, just eat a good diet, skip out junk food, eat plenty of fresh veggies and fruit, be active, do walking every day, a little running maybe. Eat cooked cereal like oatmeal for breakfast. Add a little cinnamon, this will help to control your blood sugar, and so you will not be so hungry. Drink fresh water, stay off pepsi etc.

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
