Acai berry for men – does it work?

I don’t want to hear information from people that are possibly going to scam me, I only want to hear from people who have actually used acai berry supplements for gaining weight/muscle and were successful. And either way, is it even safe? Making you automatically get muscle and weight like that? I wouldn’t want to use anything that has growth hormones or anything…
Thanks a lot!

    Hmmm first off,

    1. Acai Berry is used for cutting, so you lose the fat so the muscle is more apparant

    2. There is no hormones, you need to supplement your diet with protein shakes

That’s all I can think of, but I’m satisfed with Acai Berry

I have not used acai berry but have researched it.
    I put a link
you might also consider cranberry juice.
Note from all I have read. there is nothing that builds muscle automatically.

Muscles are built because you have put a demand on them that exceeds their capability so the body builds more muscle tissue.

    do a google on
    how to build muscle mass

    ABSOLUTLY CATEGORICALLY NO!!!!!!!
    A total scam
Better to buy any fresh berries locally.
‘Evidence’ is anecdotal. It’s an expensive money robbing scam. And the spammers are legion.
It has antoxidants but no more than fresh berries in your local store.
