so i keep seeing ads for the acai berry diet and i also asked a question about a week ago suggesting a good diet that i could follow and i wanted more information on the acai berry diet. have you done it before? or someone you know? anything bad happen? good? thanks :)

    Try to eat 6 small meals a day breakfast, lunch, dinner with 3 small snacks in between. Eat healthy foods cut back on sugars, butter and complex carbs.
