I am thinking about doing the acai berry diet, is it a scam and is it safe? How does it work and make you lose weight?

    I think its a scam. I’ve seen the pop up ads on my computer. Interestingly there’s always a different name and photo with the same story about these two free diet acai berry samples that helped some lady lose weight. I don’t care if this product was on Oprah’s show I don’t believe it.

    I have tried it and it didn’t help at all. Nothing beats old fashion diet and exercise. I know from experience that diet fads and pills do not work at all.

    I have a few friends who have tried the diet and I think it is pretty sensible. I found out about this diet on the Rachel Ray show I think she did the diet and lost a lot of weight and has kept it off and is pretty happy about it. I think the secret is that you have to eat normal, this is the key to the "no diet" diet. Acai helps you burn fat and get rid of toxins, which are stored in your fat. If you eat well balanced meals, stop eating junk food and supplement with the right Acai product, you will start dropping weight like a rock. Acai has like more than 10X the antioxidants than blueberries and also supports general wellbeing, and fights all the crappy stuff like cancer. Bottom like is you take it regularly and feel great! I would highly recommend it. It was also on the Oprah show and a lot of celebrities are on the diet, I can’t attest for them, but I can attest for what happened to me. I have been active and stopped eating fried foods, and have taken acai every day, and I have dropped 10 pounds so far, and my energy levels are way up. Obviously stopped eating fried foods is up but my energy levels are up and I feel good every day, which seems to me the important thing besides the fat burning quality of the berries. This is really important to have good energy levels, a lot of movement and being happy make your motabolism high, which is the goal.
